So here it is then. I've got a bit tired of the SportsNetwork site, which is somewhat glitchy, overrun with hideous advertising, and works appallingly badly on mobile devices. Plus I'm a little tired of them pulling the site down when they fancy it. I've complained a few times, but no one there wants to listen, so I think that it's time to move on. Anyway, that's the negative stuff. I've used proboards before as a punter and I like the way it works. I'm hoping that you will too. I'm also hoping that this place will become at least as popular as the old Unofficial site was. I'm more than happy for someone else to take that on if they want to, there's a lot of history there that I'd be sad to see go. If you've got any questions, just let me know. You can PM me, or even better, just ask them here. There's no such thing as a daft question... Cheers for now, Russ. (Admin)

I've run a Proboards board too (when I ran the Bears website). Agreed, it works well, so let's see.

Tend to agree. It'll be a shame if people are put off by having to re-register, especially when you can't use spaces or non-alpha numeric characters in the username.

I couldn't stand the previous board and gave up posting a number of years ago and limited myself to read only lurking. This seems a clear improvement - well done!

I'm sorry if it's a bit painful getting on board here. In truth I already had an account so I didn't have that grief.
You're welcome to PM me on the old message board if you get stuck.
Cheers,
Russ.

Russ, it’s worth the effort. The format looks good. Thanks for organising this.

As my moniker suggests I am primarily a Gloucester supporter, also living in Cov, support Coventry too. Glaws' forum has never been on Sportsnetwork and it is much more user friendly. Quins have now moved off and I think many others are looking to do the same.
Hopefully the user friendly nature of this forum will help it thrive. Hope having two sites running simultaneously won't dilute things too much.

Always got a bit of time for the Cherry and Whites, and from what little I've seen you're playing some lovely rugby at the moment. For anyone who hasn't seen it, this is worth a watch just for the Ben Morgan side-step!

I like this new message board it seems very easy to use. Let's hope it takes off.
